	The transparent cover protects the perma Star Vario from moisture, weather, and damage. The ON/OFF switch is part of the plastic cover and can be turned with the help of a screw driver. the blinking LED signals can be seen through the transparent plastic.
	The circuit board with its various components is the heart of the perma Star Vario. Setting of the discharge time and type of the LC-Unit is done here. Green Blinking Signal (Every 15 sec) = OK Red Blinking Signal (Every 8 sec) = System Error Green/Red Blinking Signal (Every 3 sec) = LC-Unit Empty Steady Red Signal (with Motor Running) = Discharging
	Power is supplied to the motor by the battery set.
	The gear mechanism of the perma Star Vario drive rotates the spindle adapter, which in turn rotates the spindle.
	The spindle adapter of the drive unit fits onto the hexagonal head of the spindle. Consequently, turning of the spindle adapter will turn the spindle.
	The movement of the spindle pushes the piston downwards, forcing the lubricant into the lubrication point.
	Inside the LC-Unit is a spindle. The spindle adapter of the drive unit turns the spindle, which then pushes the piston down.
	The LC-Unit is made of transparent plastic. This enables you to see how much lubricant is still left in the LC-Unit at all times. Three different volumes are available for the perma Star Vario: 60, 120, and 250ccm.
