Description

The Bijur UB & UC Fluidflex is a self-contained unit which comes standard with a reservoir, air filter, water trap, pressure regulator, conduit box and solenoid valve. The unit will dispense water to heavy viscous lubricants.

Maintenance

• Liquid level should checked daily.
• Filters should be cleaned or replaced periodically.
• Water and dirt in air reservoir should be drained.
• Jet tips should be checked for clogs.
• If unit chatters when turned on, check your electrical supply.
• If air or coolant does not come out, check for burned out solenoid or for any loose wires.
• If air pressure can not be regulated, check pressure regulator and pressure gauge.
